Haiti and Trinidad and Tobago win easy in CFU Men’s U-17 games

Haiti and Trinidad & Tobago had easy victories over their opponents in Group A of the Final Rounds of the 2014 Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Men’s Under-17 Qualifiers on Tuesday, October 21, at the Sylvio Cator Stadium in Port-Au-Prince.

Trinidad & Tobago defeated Barbados 3-0 while St Lucia lost to Haiti 6-1. The goals scorers for the Soca Warriors were Anthony Herbert in the 19th minute, Tekay Hoyace in the 50th and Dereem Daniels in the 77th.

Meanwhile, Haiti scored six goals against St Lucia which only managed to score a single goal. Scoring for Haiti were Johnson Jeudy in the 17th, Ronaldo Damus in the 31st, Bicou Bissainthe in the 45th and Jude Maitre in the 49th, 64th and 83rd.

Noah Nicholas netted in the 61st minute for St Lucia. Games will continue in Group B on Wednesday, October 22 at this same venue.
