SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (August 27, 2021)—Haiti and Puerto Rico will go head to head on Sunday, August 29, 2021 to determine the Tier I champion of the 2021 CFU Girls’ Under-14 Challenge Series. Aruba, meanwhile, will face Turks and Caicos Islands in the Tier II decider.
Haiti romped to the top of the Tier I table with four wins from as many matches and 12 points, ahead of Puerto Rico who ended the group stage with a 3-1 record and nine points. Hosts Dominican Republic, 6 points; Jamaica, 3, and Grenada round out the rest of the table in the developmental competition.
Aruba Under 14 girls
Aruba also enjoyed a perfect run and 12 points to lead Tier II, ahead of Turks and Caicos Islands 7, but with a better goal difference than middle-of-the-table US Virgin Islands, which also lodged seven points. Curacao, with three points was next, ahead of St. Kitts and Nevis, 0.
The Aruba vs Turks and Caicos Islands final kicks off at 11:30 am, while Haiti vs Puerto Rico match is at 3:30 pm. Both games are at Feliz Sanchez Olympic Stadium and will be livestreamed on the CFU’s Facebook page.

The climax follows a keenly-contested group stage that served as an introduction to international football for the players. Turks and Caicos President noted the high energy and excitement of all the teams.
